3. Payments and Billing
All payments for consulting, subscription, or custom services must be made through the approved payment methods listed on our website or invoice.
All prices are stated in USD ($) and are ex. VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Services are billed upfront or per project, as agreed in writing.
Refunds are not provided once a consulting project has started, except in cases of proven service failure on our part.
If you subscribe to ongoing services (e.g., lead management, automation hosting), you authorize recurring billing until canceled.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Maxentry Consulting including but not limited to written content, strategies, software automations, visuals, logos, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Maxentry Consulting unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided as part of your consulting project. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our materials without written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate business information necessary for consulting and lead generation.
Complying with all data protection and advertising regulations when using our systems.
Ensuring that uploaded contact lists or CRM data are GDPR-compliant and collected with proper consent.
We are not liable for any misuse of tools or customer data beyond the scope of our control.

Monthly Subscription Plan
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. After cancellation, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further payments will be charged. Please note: we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
